The Green Team's Spirit Swap has been a huge success! We have sold $167 of second-hand Cougar Ridge Elementary Spirit Wear. This not only gives items a second life, but also reduces the production of fast fashion which is a big carbon emitter and waste creator for our planet. The funds collected have already been used to purchase a glue stick recycling box to accompany our marker recycling program. Way to go Bobcats in doing our part to be more sustainable!!
