Fall Social, Academic, and Emotional Behavioral Screening

This fall, elementary schools will administer the Social, Academic, and Emotional Behavioral Risk Screening (SAEBRS) tool. Two kinds of survey tools will be administered at the elementary level: a student self-rating survey and a teacher rating survey. The surveys will be administered in the following grades:
- Kindergarten-5th grade: SAEBRS teacher rating tool.
- 2nd – 5th grade: mySAEBRS student self-rating tool.
These SAEBRS screeners help with the early identification of risk factors in students. The tool also informs social-emotional learning (SEL) lessons and other instructional practices in classrooms.
