Hello, ISD Community! Today I am excited to share my progress on the first half of my First 100 Days. So far, my work has been centered on listening and learning.
Here's a video I filmed to share a bit about how I've been inspired by our students and staff as I visited our schools and service sites.
The next 50 days of the plan are focused on engaging with you. As a part of this phase, I’d like to invite all students, families, community members and staff to a Community Forum from 5-6:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 at the Administration Building, 5150 220th Ave. S.E., Issaquah. I’ll share more about the format and topics soon.
This event will be hosted in-person only. We will have interpreters available.
October 27th will be re-takes for school photos.
October 28th we will have our annual Spooky Spaghetti! Bring the family, dress in your costumes and enjoy dinner and a ghoulish good time! You can find more details on the PTSA Webpage closer to the date.
A few Cougar Ridge Elementary School students who participated in the “Really Great Reading Program” were invited to have lunch with Principal Terry in his office.
